autochk program not found :(

Using Windows XP Pro
AMD Athlon
Epox RD8+

When it begins, I get the error message "autochk program not found - skipping AUTOCHECK"
It stays there for good three minutes and then reboots itself.
Then I get to choose Safe Mode from the restart.

Then I get a long list of codes when I choose Safe Mode:

I am on Safe Mode as of now on my other pc. What could be the problem and any idea how to fix it?
