Auto shut off at high temp

Is there a hardware device, or software that will automaticly turn off my computer when my cpu reaches a certain temperatur.

Some motherboards like ABIT supports it in the BIOS under CPU health.

Shut Down Now will turn your computer off if the temperature reaches a set level.
