Anyone go to the auto shows? I'm not talking about import shows, but shows like the larger events in NY, LA and the smaller SF?

I'm excited to see some of the refreshed cars for Ford, Chrysler and GM. It's a nice place to sit and fondle the interiors of cars on your 'want' list.

Anyone go and take pictures?!

Depends on when you go. At least here in LA, if you visit during a weekend, be prepared to do a lot a waiting while Mommy and or Daddy, lets all their children treat each car like a playground. More often than not, letting their kids sit in the driver seat of a car that will likely be rotting in a junk yard before the kid is old enough to drive.

I learned long ago that if you can't visit the during during a weekday before 4 or 5PM don't bother.

I hit up the Cleveland auto show every year. The show is small potatoes, so I don't expect any product debuts. Though the latest concepts and new cars are usually there. Always a good time.

SF Auto Show multiple times:

It's held over Thanksgiving weekend. Best time to go is on Thanksgiving day as there is a tiny crowd with short or no lines to sit in the cars.
