The daffodils are up, the job and housing markets are improving, businesses are more upbeat and consumers are getting back in a spending mood.

Unfortunately, American households are dipping into savings and tapping credit cards to pay for their latest shopping spree. Unless their paychecks begin expanding at the same pace, the new spending, and the boost it's giving to the economy, may not be sustainable.

"While households want to spend and will raid their bank accounts to support that habit, unless income gains start improving consumption will have to slow," said Joel Naroff, chief economist at Naroff Ecoomic Advisors.
This guy here sounds like a real party pooper, how dare he question good news by looking a gift horse in the mouth.:whiste:

So are you against all industries that have an impact on the environment then?

No, but your party is.

Just think how rich the Koch brothers are getting from this good news. That should make you blow a blood vessel.

You said oil companies. Are cars being built with oil power now? Are there a lot of oil fired power plants in the US? :hmm:

You don't think oil is used on the production of vehicles? Those raw materials jump out of the mines into the baskets of hard working peasants carrying thatch baskets? Raw materials and finished parts are teleported to the factories for further assembly?

Oh, I didn't know your position was that all democrats that claim oil companies are the devil should never use any manufactured product ever.

It looked more like you were saying that higher car sales meant good things for oil companies and therefore against democrat principles.
