Auto restarts after hardware change

Just upgraded my motherboard processor and RAM.

MSI z370 gaming pro Carbon
Intel 8700k
and 16GB of ram

Still using the same 750w corsair PSU and GTX 1070.

a day or two after upgrading my computer randomly restarts. The screen goes black suddenly and it will reboot. It's done this 3 times in an hour yesterday and then no further issues for a few hours.

Seems to mainly happen when i'm just at the desktop or in a browser. It has no yet happened while playing a game.

Ran Memtest and the RAM has no errors.
The CPU is sitting around 31/33 C depending on the core

There are no entries at all in the event logs for windows, just says the previous shutdown was unexpected. I've updated the BIOS on the board.

Literally nothing to go on. Any ideas?

With no event viewer message, then I suspect you have an electrical short. Examine the standoffs and loose wires. Second suspect is the always the PSU. Can you try another ?

It does sound like a short or a loose PSU connection. Are all the connectors still in good shape? Have you re-checked your motherboard screws and standoffs?
