Auto redial in Win2k

I have a USR 56k PCI hardware modem and SOMETIMES after manually signing off, it will later redial into my ISP automatically. This can be quite frustrating when I go to sleep or when I leave for work. I vaguely remember checking some setting that would auto redial (I think) when disconnected, but I've scoured the settings and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have ICQ, AIM, and Weatherbug installed. I don't recall seeing a setting in any of those programs either, but I could be missing something...
