Auto reboot when moving wav files only?

The weirdest thing is happening!
When I try to move, copy, delete, wav files, especially large numbers of them, my system reboots. Only wav files! Other large and small files are fine. This started happening when I enstalled two new 250gb Sata drives. When I unplug them it stops. Help please!


System: used only for music production- no internet, networking,etc.
