Auto on voltages, is it okay?

So I've been testing all day, trying to find the lowest vcore. On Auto, seems like the vcore is 1.440. Seemed a little too high from all I've read on the internet. So I started at 1.375 and made my way all the way down to 1.2750.

Finally feeling like I've made some progress...I started getting errors and BSODs at very low voltages. I may have hit the sweet spot at 1.3125 (the VID on this chip is also 1.3125, I wonder if it has any correlation). I've been running prime95 for 2 hrs now.

I have a question though... Can you tell me about NB/SB, Termination, Ram voltages? All these are on Auto for me and I'm not sure what to do. Is it okay to leave on auto? I don't really know about this north/south bridge stuff. But I know for sure my ram is between 1.8-2.0v but I still have it on auto since I'm not too sure what to put.

I typically set all my voltages to Auto and just mess with the offset until I find the sweet spot

Sorry....an old q6600.

Looks like 1.3125v wasnt stable, rebooted when I got home.. sigh..

I would not leave your CPU voltage on auto. Auto generally sets it to a really high value for stability without regard to temps. On my board, when I set the clock speed to 4.5 Ghz with CPU voltage on auto, the motherboard set it to 1.375 V which is way way way too high. Right now I'm running with the voltage offset set to +0.040 which gives the CPU ~1.21 V at full load.
