auto o/cing with coolbits?

Anyone use the auto detect o/c feature in coolbits? Is it accurate? Also is it better to o/c during games and just disable it when finished or just leave it o/ced?

It's fine to keep it overclocked as those settings will only be used for games and 3D and not when in Windows.
