auto modellista for PS2, any comments?

meh...lacks the realism of GT3 or the level of customization of Tokyo Extreme Racer 0. Not worth $50.

I like it. It gets pretty challenging as the stages go on. I still find difficulty in turning but other than that I think its pretty good. Its got online play too, so you can't go wrong there...

i got it over the weekend and it didnt really hold my interest. using the gt3 driving wheels, i just couldn't get into it because of the lack of force feedback. plus, the steering is really loose compared to gt3. haven't tried online yet, but for the $37.99 i spent on it, it's ok.

Its not quite GT3 but it has online play so thats a big plus. You need to play single player mode for awhile so you can bulid a fast car other wise the people online will destroy you with their customized cars.

Edit: How is that Logitech steering wheel on this game I'm considering buying it for GT3 and Auto Modellista.

Tried it at my friend's place. Don't like the feel and the looks of it. Cell-shading just doesn't work for racing games IMO. I find Burnout 2 more fun.

I had the imported version. Played a few times but not much. The controls seemed sluggish to me. No real sense of speed, either.

However, if you like changing and messing with your car, you might enjoy it more than me.
