Been getting quotes online and all of them ask about all violations including Not At Fault accidents. Will a not at fault accident increase my rates?

Do they mean accidents that were reported to the police?

I had an accident where only my car and a concrete barrier was involved, would they consider that a not at fault accident?

Additionally, what is the true definition of a not-at-fault accident? Would the definition include an accident in which another driver hit me?

It depends on the insurance company... some companies will increase yrou premium if anything happens, some just let it be.

Only if the barrier was dropped onto your car. If the barrier was stationary and your car hit it, it is a collision loss no matter how you slice it.

not at fault means that the other driver(s) are 100% at fault w/ respect to you. in other words, the accident was not your fault.

Ok. That's what I thought, but just wanted clarification.

If you hit the barrier, you are at fault.
