Auto download extra fonts? Or something...

How can I add good looking fonts into a webpage, so when someone who doesn't have the font views it, they auto download the font? I don't wanna put them into an image file...

Does it do this automatically already?

Even if you could do it, it'd be illegal if you were using most decent looking fonts, as they're copyrighted and not free.
