Auto complete in Explorer 5.5 does not work?!?

I just finished downloading 5.5 and found the same problem that i had with 5.0. When ever i type in a text box and either submit it or go to the next text box, the computer hangs for about 15 seconds and goes as usual, but when i turn off auto complete it goes like normal with no hanging, how can i fix this???
