Hey, has anyone done this to get their cars? I'm not talking about Ebay (though they have had some great cars up there) but rather a physical auction. Something like the ones that the US Treasury runs... Like this
Also, there are all these cheezy websites that say... blah blah, government auctions...
Like for example, this company listed cars on Yahoo classifieds a few times. But of course, all these friggin companies want money for you to gain access to their info. The above company wanted around $50... with a "100% money-back guarantee"... sounds fishy to me.
Anyone done this... I'm not looking to buy a BMW for dirt cheap, just a normal car for a cheap basis for a project car since I have to give my bro my current project car =p
