Auto accident, who is at fault

He is claiming he came from the right in the picture and was making a left, so he would be going south on Bob Hope Dr. The problem with that is, I would have seen him coming if he had a yellow light like he is claiming. The intersection was 100% clear when my arrow turned green. If I ran the light like he is claiming, then so did the person on my left, so 2 cars just decided, hey, lets not wait for this light.
 
Probably wouldn't have helped in your case, but it's stuff like this that's making me seriously consider getting a dashcam. More and more drivers are becoming either totally oblivious to their surroundings or straight out dbags.
 
Congratulations. You didn't call the cops....so you get to pay your deductible.

You can wrestle over who's fault it is, but if it's unclear, both parties will likely have to pay if both insurance companies are involved...because each will cover the vehicle they respectively cover.
 
The insurance company is denying the claim, they cannot find any proof I am at fault. Fingers crossed its over, but I wouldn't be shocked if he still tried to sue.
