AUSU A7M266 not booting up HELP!!~

I have a7m266 rev 1.04 with awd bios 1003, after i changed some settings around in the bios, the system would not boot up, i tried to clean the cmos, even after that, still does the same, can anyone help? also is there easier way to clear the cmos on this board? thanx

Have you tried removing the battery while its unplugged and leaving it there for a while?

yeah.. i pretty much tried everything.. i even unplug the power supply on the mobo, i even unplug everything and remove the battery and wait around 5 mins, and clear my cmos again, still.. it'll power up but it wont boot up... =(
