You think she can maintain it through diet and exercise? Or it's inevitable that she'll end up like her mom or Joan Rivers (as noted by one of the comments).
 
Well, if she's still lazy and has undesirable genes then the facade shan't last long and any offspring could be a nasty surprise to a mate.
 
She has buck teeth...and her voice is pretty horrible. Still, she has an ass I would TEAR up in an instant!
