Australian citizenship test too difficult

Apparently a 10% failure rate on the 20 question test is very high, and the test is "onerous, ambiguous, and completely antithetical to the traditional Aussie spirit of inclusion and a fair go for all."

Wow so somehow having a test with a 90% pass rate creates a permanent underclass of non-citizens. Why even have a test at all if they feel that it should be modified to have an even higher pass-rate?

Evidently countries have no right to determine who should and shouldn't be allowed within their borders anymore.

How hard could a test on Australia be? It's probably just questions like "How many toes does a Koala have?" and "Is that a knife?"

it just seems hard because the American one is so easy...."how many states" "how many amendments are in the bill of rights?" etc
