Aureal SQ2500 + Win2k = crash!

Anyone having problems with the Aureal SQ2500 and Win2k (default drivers)....
I can hear sound but only on the front speakers......and the A3D demos don't work....
I know I should download the beta drivers but the site's down...anyone know where else I can get the Win2k drivers?

I'm running a MSI 6163Pro....
I got the drivers...installed successfully...
but now the rear speakers don't work in stereo mode...and they're very faint in A3D mode....
Is this a software or hardware problem?
