Aureal sound too quiet

Hi,
I have Monster sound MX300 and sound in WinXP is really too quiet. My volume settings are set to maximum. How can I solve this issue?
 
Ive noticed this as well. The a3d mixer doesnt work in xp as it did in 2k. For now? turn up your box. Its what I had to do.
