Auditing file access on windows

Hi all...
im having a dilemma here..
i would like to audit some file access (deletion for the most part) and i get concerned about those who move folders into folders!
to the regular users... this is just like deleting that folder...
but in fact the folder wasnt deleted.. someone might've mistakingly dragged it to another folder in one of those network freeze ups!

so.. if i check on delete and delete subfolder and files in the audit tab will i be covered for such dragging action? (by the way, what ist he difference between those two entries delete and delete subfolders and files ????)

Delete means they can delete the folder itself.

but is moving a directory into another treated as deleting the folder?
