It's only one review (bad), but maybe that person just had a defective phone. The one good thing about this is it's Amazon, and they include an RMA, postage paid in every order. It's pretty easy to return things if there's a problem. I've returned a few items without too much hassle. Very low price on a 2.4 GHz. It might be worth a try to someone.
