I just started listening to their music lately and am completely sucked in. Sounds a little like Zeppelin/The Doors/ACDC influences in a new Alternative style. The band is composed of the old Rage Against the Machine members with the lead singer of Soundgarden. I never was much of a fan of Rage, but Audioslave is incredible. If you're looking for some good songs, download Cochise, Like a Stone, I am the Highway, and Shadow of the Sun. Or better yet, just get the whole CD...it rocks!

I'm going to see them in Chicago next month. It should be an impressive show.

I like it, but I miss Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden more than Audioslave makes up for. Oh well, its better than most everything else floating around. Although I just heard some stuff from Ike Reilly that I really like. I hope to see his band playing it up on Letterman sometime.

Yes YES! This is my favorite song. It's called "Like a Stone". Gonna be their next big single according to MTV!

It's already getting radio play (and has been for several weeks, I think) where I live.

Awesome CD, though. I miss Rage and Soundgarden, but Audioslave is definitely an acceptable substitute.

Love it. Way better than Chris Cornell's solo crap. Has more of a Soundgardern feel with a funkier bass.

I've only heard one song they had a video for, forget what it's called. Sounded way too much like AC/DC whom I can't stand.

Same, but then didn't Like a Stone rip the whole flow of lyrics from that other song made a looong time ago? I forget the name, but a popular male artist, ben something or the other.

I like it, but it leans a lot more towards soundking a lot more like Soundgarden, than Rage, but then again nothing will ever replace Soundgarden for me (My 2nd Favorite band of all time).
First time I heard 'Cochise' I thought it was a Chris Cornell solo song. I like the record, though. Not great, but not terrible.
