Audio to multiple receivers via wireless

What are some good options for wirelessly transmitting audio from one receiver to another? I have several sets of speakers/receievers that I'd like to be able to play the same output.

Home Theater Receiver: Denon AVR-3312CI and Energy RC-70's
Kitchen: Some basic stereo receiver and Onix X-LS
Computer room: Computer paired with Panasonic SA-XR55 and RC-10's
Garage: Potentially another system in the garage.

At the very least I'd like to be able to play the same audio the Denon is playing from all 3 systems. Preferably, I could play audio from any source to all receivers. Is this possible at a decent price? Quality would be nice, but it's more for when I'm working around the house so not critical to have GREAT sound. I prefer something economical. What's out there?

As long as you don't need synchronized audio that is what Airfoil is for. If you want to walk from room to room and have it be playing the same song that is why Sonos has made a killing.

OP did you ever find what you were looking for? I looked into this a while ago and came away with Sonos being the best easy to use option. I'm curious to know if anything else cheaper has come along

Haven't really been looking too hard. Sonos looks like the best fit, from my not-so-serious searching. The president of my company keeps having his Logitech SqueezeBox crap out on him so I actually ordered a Sonos Connect for him that I'm going to set up which will give me a nice "trial" of Sonos before I get it. It's perfect for him - he's already got an amp and in ceiling speakers all over the house.

My only question was if you can take the input from an outside source, (i.e. my computer) and output that signal to other Sonos devices.
