I purchased a pair of https://amzn.com/B00TOT9G1W - Sennheiser Rs185RF headphones. I am using PS3 connected via wifi to watch Netflix/HBO.
I noticed that while watching Netflix, there will be multiple pauses of up to a second in duration when the sound would drop out completely. This was happening with great frequency in the beginning, so I changed the channel of my WiFi router, and the problem appears to be less frequent, but still there.
In contrast, my old Sennheiser RS 170 never had this issue.
What else can I do get rid of the short drops/pauses in sound?

Thanks!

You could try turning off the 2.4 Ghz band on your router and going with just 5 Ghz. Also...well...don't turn on a microwave while you're listening.

Is your phone nearby? With Bluetooth on? If so, try turning it off on the phone.

EDIT: I see the headphones are RF, not Bluetooth. Having the phone close by can also cause RF interference. I had that problem with an RF mouse.

Interesting. The phone is in the same room and the BT is indeed on. Will try it.
Thanks.
