Okay... hopefully you guys can help me with this one! I am trying to use my computer speakers to power sound through two different items: my pc and my xbox. For the Xbox, I got a Y-adapter that lets me use the speaker's single input. Is there a product that would let me switch between the two or use both at once? Thanks!!!

So you just have stereo speakers?

What about running the xbox to your line-in on your soundcard?

Please
don't
crosspost.

One post is enough, and it keeps the replies all together for everyone to easily see.

If a thread falls down past the first page, you may post a reply to it - "bump" - to boost it back to the top. You may do this only ever 4-6 hours though. Do not exceed that, or the mods will lock the thread.
Thank you.

Switchboxes of various types. Many use RCA cables; adapters are available.
Perhaps this.
Or this.
Or this.
Put on your specs and inspect the specs of the prospective items there. :D

Look- all I'm saying is... when you connect speakers to your PC, all they do is go into the one green output on the back of the PC. I want to have my speakers plugged into that one output on that and on the xbox at once. Is this possible?

Yes, use a switch box like above and extension cables to get the two sources (PC and Xbox) to the switch box. Then plug the speakers into the output of the switch box.

You then hit a button and the box will take the input you selected and send it to the speakers without you having to move any wires around.

Is that what you're looking for.
