I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for so I'm hoping you guys can help me. I have a set up where my ps3 and my computer lead to the same screen. What I'm looking to do is have the single output of my speakers (in the form of a 3.5 mm jack) with two inputs, one from my computer, the other from my screen, and have selector. So two inputs that can be selected and lead to my speakers so I don't have to unplug it and constantly switch them around.

I have no idea if that's coherent, I hope you can understand what I'm getting at.

So you want an input selector. Easy. You can get a cheap one on Amazon, or if you care about quality and don't mind spending a little more, you can get something like this:

This one in particular is nice in that it has easily-selectable input/outputs, and no limit on how many ins/outs you need. It's a nice quality unit (I actually caved in and bought one a couple weeks ago, so I could easily test and compare headphones/amps/sources) and I really like it. The push-toggle switches have a pretty nice solid feel to them, and the entire thing is made out of metal.

You might have to buy a few cables/adapters to suit your plug needs (maybe some mini->RCA adapters for your computer) but those are cheap from Monoprice.
