Anyone know if there's a program out there for windows that can record/delay an incoming sound input by something like 3-10 seconds, something like TV's DVR, but for radio?
I'd like to watch some football, baseballs games but listen to the home team's radio announcers, but the feed from the radio is around 5 seconds faster than the TV feed, so you'll hear the play on the radio before you see it on TV which is very frustrating. But seriously, I'm ready to mute Tim McCarver, he's that bad. Radio announcers as a whole, are way better than TV guys anyway.
What do you think, anything out there for me?
