I just purchased a Leadtek tv tuner from newegg.com. Whenever I playback something that I had recorded from the tv, there would be background noises in the audio. It's very annoying. I have tried all different kind of audio codec, but none of them seem to fix the problem. The connection I have is this: I am using the onboard sound from my motherboard(p4b266) and using the SPDIF out to my Creative Labs speakers which has two line ins and one SPDIF in. On the tv tuner card there is a line out with I connect to the line in on my mobo. And from the line out on the mobo, I have to connected to the speaker also. If anyone has similar problems and had it fix...PLEASE tell me! Thanks...
oh btw...when I watch tv through the tv tuner, on some channels, there is a high pitched sound in the background...anyone know how to get ride of it?
