Audio problems - buzzing, FM, weirdly

Hi,
Recently my speakers (Creative 4pt Surround) have been acting up, and ever since I moved here my speakers have been picking up FM radio stations as well.

When the speakers are turned on and disconnected from the audio card, there's a deep buzzing sound.. and the FM radio can be heard quite audibly through them.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of both the really annoying low requency buzz and the FM stuff? I haven't used my system much for music lately because at any volume the buzzing and FM override anything I listen to.
