Audio problem

Look in Device Manager. Is there a yellow "!" next to your sound device, anywhere? Is the plug plugged in all the way? In the right jack? Are the speakers powered, non-powered? Look in Advanced Volume Control and make sure it isn't muted. Is the little speaker icon in the system tray?

Driver should be on your mobo driver disk. Did you install the driver pack that came with the mobo? The device might not be detected until you do.
 
Hmm, if theres no yellow "!" in device manager and you see the speaker icon, the driver appears to be fine. It also sounds like ur covering all of ur bases. Shot in the dark, have you plugged the speakers into something else to verify they work? Are they powered? Tried another set of speakers?
