Question Audio ports front and back

I'm finding lots of people who want to have the same audio come out of both outputs but what I actually want to do is to be able to send two different sources to the front and back. I've got the fronts going to my computer speakers while watching a game or listening to music that goes to my stereo.
Also, I thought there was a feature that could make the 2channel stuff going to my stereo play on all 5 speakers. Isn't there?

It's possible on some motherboards, but if there is no such setting in the settings for your onboard audio device it's most likely not possible.
The digital output is normally always its own audio device, so you could get a cheap adapter to convert it to an analogue signal, that's how I do it.

If your motherboard audio is based on a Realtek chip, then you must install the new Realtek Audio Console and then click the cog on the top right corner of the screen:
Hope it helps.
Yeah, I did that but that only allows you to decide that you can use either one, but it doesn't let you send two at once. I want to send a streamed video and its audio to my stereo but use my computer speakers to listen to something else.
