Audio help please

For some reason when I have been on my computer the last two days, the sound hasn't been working, I tried toying with all the volume knobs and checking all the cords to make sure they were plugged in right, and everything looks fine. I downloaded the trial of DriverGuide Toolkit and had it look up some drivers but it says everything is up-to-date. I need some help here please I am using the soundcard on a ASUS K8V Deluxe SE motherboard and 512MB RAM.

Windows XP Pro. I don't actually know what version, all it says is that it is up to date. Could someone perhaps link me to a download for the driver for it? It's on an ASUS K8V Deluxe SE mobo. All the ones I find don't seem to work.
