Somebody help me figure out if my speakers are distorting or if my amp is clipping?

I switched to a Kenwood KAC-5203 to drive my front door speakers, which are Rockford Fosgate Punch 1683 6x8 speakers.

The audio now sounds harsh with high frequencies at higher volumes.

Is it clipping or distorting and is there a way to fix it without turning down my gains?
