Audio Grabber??

Edit your post you can't ask for full version software from others that is illegal.

You can try CDex. Theres a free download (shareware prob) but it rips from cds, converts wav to mp3, etc...
 
or get EAC (exact audio copy).. in it's current form, it is free, and you can utilize the LAME plugin with it as well.. it's capable of much more accurate copies (though when using that copy mode, it takes a while sometimes) then Audio Grabber, as well as similar low (er) quality copies using much less error correction.
