I tried to revive an old laptop Satellite 4090XDVD to serve as a portable DVD player for my son but cannot get any sound on it. I loaded Fedora on it before and play music Ok ???
I am running Window 98 SE on it.
It's a 300 MHz with 128 MB on it.
I checked the Multimedia option for audio: all of them grey out which tell me that the driver is corrupted or not loaded properly.
I checked around on the net but could not find anything that old !!!
Anyone happens to know or have a driver for it ... TIA ... 🙂
