Audio Description

I recorded a program on My Cable DVR Box a couple of days ago and the program has a audio description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_description feed on it along with the usual dialog of the program. I cannot find a way to turn this off and it is really annoying to hear this along with the normal show dialog. I have gone through my TV and inside of the MTS program the SAP is turned off. On my cable box the Audio Language is set to Primary and not SAP. I have a multi-room DVR and the audio description is heard on two different tv's in my house. I have called my Cable provider and working with them we where not able to resolve the issue and they thought it was a issue with the TV. I then called the TV manufacturer and after troubleshooting and verifying that SAP is turned off on the TV they told me it was a issue with the cable feed. I was just inquiring if anyone else has run into this issue before? According to the Fox website (the broadcaster of the show) I should be able to turn this off. However their suggestions haven't worked either.
