I am having trouble with an audio CD on my computer. Whenever I insert it, the drive (Plexwriter 8/4/32A) LED only blinks, as the computer tries to recognize it. Attempting to access the disk results in a "Drive not ready" error. The CD plays fine on a normal CD player so the problem is not the tracks themselves, but the computers ability to recognize the disk. Is there any way I can force Windows to see the disk as an Audio CD?

Thanx in advance.

I'd try a different Audio disc to see if it happens again. Also try any data CD. If the drive has trouble reading all discs...you might have a bad drive. If it's just one disc, you need a new disc.
