I have a ATI Radeon 7200 AGP video card with TV input capability. I have all the correct drivers installed and the program to view TV on my pc installed. The only problem is, there is no audio. This video card was not purchased recently, so I believe I am missing a cable for it, that connects from the video card into the audio card to provide sound for the TV. I searched ATI's site for cables and I couldn't find it (I may have missed it). I called up ATI, asking them about the specific video card and if they had the cable available for purchase and they told me this specific video card was no longer in production. I'm stuck with a perfectly working video card, but missing this cable and without this cable I can't get audio. Normally, I wouldn't be so worried about a missing cable, but I would like to record from TV and as well as from my VHS on to my pc and eventually create DVDs. Any advice on what this specific cable is called or where I can get it from? Is there a generic version of this cable that I can get at radio shack. The cable is supposed to be plugged from the video card into the microphone or line in jack (3.5mm audio slot) of the audio card. Any help, advice and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
