Audio Adapter for Comp?

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew of an adapter for the comp where i can plug in my headphones (has a mic on it too) and my surround sound (black, green, and orange cables). thanks guys!
 
Are you talking about a sound card recommendation? There are sound cards that have surround, mic, headphone outs.

Can you clarify?...
