Audigy4 for $29.95

I was about to post this to ask if it's a good option for an upgrade from AC97 onboard sound on my A8N-SLI. Seems like a good deal to me. I pretty much game and watch movies on my PC.

I have no idea about any of those questions. If anyone does, I'd love to hear about the differences. I'm positive it'll be an upgrade over onboard sound.
 
There was never an Audigy 3 released. The Audigy 4 is basically another Audigy 2.
If you have the ZS, no need to upgrade.
