Audigy2 ZS & ATI TV Wonder Elite Conflict

On my new build for the past few weeks I've had the Audigy running on a XP Media Center Edition 2005 with no problem. Yesterday I installed the ATI Card and now when starting up the computer I get a CTHELPER.EXE application error message. If I remove the ATI card and reboot, no error. I've tried removing and reinstalling the drivers in different order along with switching card slots to no avail.

I've read that the CTHELPER error is no big deal and to just remove it from Startup, but to me that's treating the symptom, but not the disease.

Does anybody have any idea what may be going on?

Thanks in advance for your help!

cthelper.exe is 3rd party plugin interface for your Audigy soundcard. It causes its fair of conflicts, and you may not even be using any 3rd party plugins for the audigy. I'd disable it unless there are plugins you need that use that interface.
