Audigy soundcard problem??

I just installed an Creative Audigy pci sound card and i can not get the rear speakers to work.
I have klipsch ProMedia v.2 -400 speakers and i know they are working. I switched the connections and the rear speakers work.
The setup is at 4 speakers and only the front speakers work. Is it a bad sound card with the rear channel gone?
Or is it a compatability issue?

Is it RMA time??
