Audigy pinout to case in/out connectors ?

Hi everyone,

Anyone know which internal pins to connect on an Audigy (mp3) to a case w/ internal pin connectors.
I'm looking to hookup my mic/line-in & line-out(headphone) to my audigy's internal connector.
