I used to have this problem w/ a kt133 & sblive and I'd never
thought I'd have it again w/ this combo. Using XP, clean install,
updated chipset, audio drivers and sp1. Could this be the
result of FSB O/C? If you're thinking about the mp3's, they're
fine, tested them in another pc.

It`s possible it could be OC,I don`t overclock and my Audigy & KT266A(Epox 8KHA+) work fine together,I would suggest you make sure the Audigy has its own PCI slot that does not share an IRQ with another slot,I also made sure I disabled onboard sound & both midi and game port address in BIOS as well.
