Audigy 4 or Audigy 2 zs

Ok ive asked b4 about the Audigy 2 zs and x-fi music but as some1 said its prolly not worth going the music coz my 5 channel headphones are zalman and wont see the difference. But the difference on ebay between a audigy 2zs and a audigy 4 is like $20 $99.95 and $119.5 how ever the audigy 4 has hardware cpu.

whats the downside with the audigy 4?
 
So what should i get? the audigy 4 would give same sound and better fps than a audigy 2 zs wouldnt it?
 
I would get the X-Fi Xtrememusic for $30 more than the $99 audigy4. The X-Fi has gotten great reviews all over the web, and my personal opinon after owning one is that they do live up to most of what is promised. The new EAX sounds amazing as well (in Quake 4).

They were $75 AR earlier this week.

if u own a nForce 4 board... ultra, sli, etc.... and play the latest games such as Quake 4 or BF2, get ready for some headaches if you buy the xfi music..... check the creative sound blaster forums for more info.
 
Wait for X-Fi 2 to be released hopefully in PCI Express format,as to Audigy 2 ZS and 4 ,not a lot of difference between them so get what you think is better value for money.
