Audigy 2 ZS Speaker Configuration ignores subwoofer

After about an hour of dealing with crappy Creative drivers, I finally got my Audigy 2 ZS installed today. My problem is that whenever I try to use the speaker configuration to balance them out, my sub is silent. I'm using Logitech X-530 speakers. I noticed that when adjusting volume of the speakers, the subwoofer volume bar is the last option. When I keep clicking "next" to get to that option, it just skips right over it. This is very strange. How do I get the speaker calibration to recognize my sub?

Both windows and creative sound control panel is set to a 5.1 speaker set up right?

Ones in the control panel under sounds devices -- > speaker set up -- > advanced button
and the other is located in the surround mixer which should be an icon you click on near the windows timer.

Other than that your wires are mixed.

Yes, both are set to 5.1 I have regular 5.1 computer speakers. The front right has the 3 minijack plugs (orange, black, green), and all 5 speakers connect to the sub. I'm almost certain that the audio inputs plugged into the sound card in the correct order. The sub plays fine when I don't use the speaker calibration.

I was under the impression it did not work at all.

It works in games, music, and other media but not the calibrator?

For a minute I thought you had a problem. I never had much use for the calibrator but are you using basic or the advanced option?
