From time to time, my computer would lock-up in game. My computer have never lock-up in game when I was using my on-board sound codec, AC '97. After I upgraded to the Auidgy 2 ZS, my computer from time to time locked up during games. Never had a problem while listening to music or watching movies. I updated everything I could think of to the lastest drivers. I am wondering if any of you have the same problems. My friend told me it's creative's drivers that is the problem but I am curious if there others with the same problem.

P4 2.6c
256 MB x 2 Corsiars DDR400
ATI 9700 Pro AIW

Nope I have the same card you got. Had the same onboard sound too. I can tell you there is no point to having the audigy over the ac 97 except the eax 3.0 ingames now.Ac 97 was every bit as fast for gaming.
