Audigy 2 zs card problem, please help

Ok Ill make it quick. I recently bought a new motherboard called the Foxconn Nf4k8ac rs 1.0. I installed everything, but when I attempt to install my sound card, it doesnt cooperate. The computer will recognize the card and everything, but I install the drivers, it gives me some bs error when its 95% complete. Even when I do successfully install the drivers, no sound is projected. Ive tried running in safe mode and even reformatting, but nothing works. Can anyone please help me? I dont believe that my card is broken cause the computer recognizes it. Anyone else have this problem with a foxconn mobo?
 
Are you installing the drivers off of the CD that came with the card or the latest drivers right from Creative's website??

If you are using the cd, those drivers are outdated, try downloading the newest and installing those.
