Audigy 2 sound card question?

I have an audigy 2 sound card in my dell and want to move it to another computer I am building. This should be possible shouldn't it. It came with the dell but I should be able to go to creative to get the latest drivers and such. I do have the original creative disc that came with it also.
 
Creative doesnt have drivers on their website, only updates, as long as you have the disk your fine.
 
You should be able to swap it over to another machine perfectly fine. You're right on track about the drivers too.
